How to delete your account in the app
- Open the Altruiss app.
- Sign in to your account.
- Go to the Profile page.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your Altruiss account, we will delete or deactivate the account and associated app data connected to it, including:
- Your account profile information
- Your pet profiles
- Your uploaded pet documents and records
- Your reminders and related app content
- Your in-app account data associated with Altruiss services
Subscriptions
Deleting your Altruiss account does not automatically cancel an active subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately through your Google Play or Apple subscription settings.
Data retention
Some limited information may be retained for a short period where required for legal, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance purposes. After that period, the retained data will be deleted according to our internal retention policies.
